I had to give this restaurant 5 stars, because in terms of overall value for money, satisfaction and entertainment - this place had it all.
I lived in this area for a short time, and had many opportunities to visit this place. It is probably the cheapest restaurant I have ever been to but the quality of food didn't suffer.
The entertainment value is gained by finding humour in the attitudes of the waiters, rather than getting offended. If its service that you want then this is probably not the place to go - if you order anything outside of the first drink or food order, then it's likely that they'll look at you as if you've asked them for a bowl of spaghetti. Very amusing though.
Definitely a must go and see for yourselves :) -

Three of us had three mains, two rice and three naan bread with cokes. Came to just over £31 which I thought was very reasonable.
I had a dish called chicken Pakwan which stated it was hot and was flavoured with Bangladeshi chillies. Well it did exactly what it said on the box. It was a real pleasure to feel the heat from proper chillies as opposed to chilli powder. My eating companions had South East special which was a very sweet red looking thing that he really enjoyed, and the other had Chicken shobzi which was lightly spiced. The rice was fine and the naans perfectly good if a little small. Service was good. No complaints and I would return again. -

Was lured in by the proclamations to greatness stuck in the window.
It was busy on a Fri night and it took quite a while to get my takeaway.
The food I guess made it to so so. You can definately get better Indian in this area. I will go there in future.
The price was about the same as other places for a takeaway - around about GBP10 for one.
